This policy applies to all information collected or submitted while using the Motor Notes app.

Information we collect

We collect any feedback you send us via email or other communication services, which may include your name, email address, and any other information you include.

Motor Notes stores app settings and data on device with the option to backup or sync through Apple’s iCloud service.

The app uses content from the Motor Labs website to update app data.

We use randomly generated identifiers to anonymously identify user analytics data. Your anonymous user identifier may be synced to other devices via Apple’s iCloud service. These identifiers are associated with all requests sent to the Motor Labs website.

Information usage

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our app.

We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish required functionality.

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.

In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
